Job description

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant or a Certified Nurse Midwife at our Coachella Health Center. As a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant or a Certified Nurse Midwife, you will play a critical role in providing quality healthcare to a diverse patient population. This will include exams, diagnosis, treatment, education, and counselling for patients in accordance with Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest protocols. Please note: This position follows a non-traditional schedule. The role requires working 3 days (10 hour shifts) one week; 4 days (10 hour shifts) the following week, totaling 7 working days in a pay period. Also, the schedule requires every other Saturday. The workweek alternates as follows: Week A : Four workdays (Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday). Week B: Three workdays (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday). This rotating schedule offers a consistent weekly rhythm while providing extended time off every other week.
