We’re looking for a Service and Experience Design Lead to join E.ON's Growth Studio. If you’re excited by the challenge of shaping ideas into tangible, testable propositions, and using design as a strategic tool to build the future of energy, you’re in the right place. You’ll lead design thinking end-to-end - from an idea to low-fidelity experiments, to functioning MVPs that help us validate big assumptions fast. This is a hybrid role - ideal for someone who brings a strong user research foundation and is equally confident contributing to design strategy , storytelling , and pitching ideas that resonate with both customers and stakeholders. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing: You’ll help teams move from ambiguity to clarity - not just by discovering insights, but by framing them into compelling narratives and concepts . Your responsibilities will include: Prototype like a founder - Build things that make ideas real, fast.
