Position Summary: Leads and oversees associate team in the planning, execution, and successful completion of support by managing process, objectives, and timelines, allocating resources, and managing team growth. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, communicates statistics to stakeholders, and mitigates risks to ensure sales is supported, audit numbers are met, and team is meeting quality standards.
