Job DetailsJob Location: 2100 W University Ave - WICHITA, KS 67213Position Type: Full TimeFriends University is seeking to fill the Director of Security position in Wichita Kansas.The Director of Security provides operational oversight for all campus security and public safety functions of the campus. Establish department goals, performance metrics, and multi-year operational plans. Monitors safety conditions for residence halls and other campus buildings; serve as an essential member of the Crisis Response Team (CRT). Coordinates with local law enforcement, fire, emergency medical services, and state/federal agencies. Provides and implement crime prevention, safety, and training programs. Serve as point of contact for video monitoring company. Ensure compliance with the Clery Act, Title IX (as it relates to security), and all applicable federal, state, and local laws; prepare with accuracy and report to the Department of Education the Annual Security Report (ASR) and Campus Crime Statistics.
