Job description

SKILLS: Required: - Operate a Forklift in a safe and responsible manner. - Read and understand all operational and safety rules and guidelines provided during forklift license training. - Operate both fork and clamp attachments. - Transport finished goods and raw materials as directed. - Load and unload semi-trailers and complete/assist with the necessary paperwork and communications as directed. - Understand and use all scanning equipment required to perform job. - Maintain and update status of inventory information through scans, written or logged as necessary. - Lift and carry containers as needed. - Lift and carry packaging such as pallets, shrink wrap, etc as needed. - Communicate in a professional manner with supervisor, coordinators & co-workers as necessary. - Assist other departments as needed. - Perform other duties as directed. - Evaluates and takes appropriate action to maintain a safe work environment with established standards and guidelines. - Inspect work areas, and look for unsafe acts/conditions. - Effectively use verbal and written communications. - Maintain a clean and safe working environment. - Perform sweeping, cleaning, sorting duties as necessary. - Perform...
