Exterro is seeking a dynamic and motivated Fixed-Term Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing SaaS company. As a Fixed-Term BDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to build their career in sales and technology within a fast-paced, innovative environment. This will begin as a 6 month fixed-term contract with the potential to extend the length of the contract and/or convert to a full time employee. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting: - Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers using tools such as LinkedIn, Salesforce, ZoomInfo etc. - Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, marketing events, emails, and social media outreach. - Develop and maintain a territory pipeline of qualified leads. - Meet and/or exceed individual quota, responsible to stay targeted to metrics. - Meet weekly KPIs: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, etc. Qualifying Leads: - Assess the suitability of prospects based on...
