Shift: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM Hourly Rate: $29.26 an hour + $$0.50 shift differential The Refrigeration Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining all plant utilities equipment, including boilers, air and ammonia compressors, condensers, steam control systems, and fire suppression. For a Tech I, this also includes supporting buildings and grounds work, such as lighting, plumbing, and equipment relocation. You will report to the Maintenance Manager. You will work at our Indianapolis Bakery plant, and earn $29.00 per hour. JOB TASKS: - You will receive training to perform your maintenance job duties. - You will review the work schedule, check equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled, and prepare for operations. This will include Preventative Maintenance. - You will conduct shift turnovers to coordinated line calls, review assigned maintenance tasks, pending equipment issues, provide assistance to line operations and guide outside contractors. - Review emergency and non-emergency situations and respond. - Troubleshoot, maintain, and install various types of electrical and production equipment. - You will support the Conagra Performance System. - You can unde...
