Overview The Manager, Talent Solutions (People & Development) will join an established team of legal recruiters as part of Consilio’s People & Development team. Successful candidates must be highly motivated, exhibit a strong commitment to client service, and have the ability to collaborate with teammates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Manager, Talent Solutions is responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, vetting, and professionally developing candidates. This role plays a key part in identifying fresh talent in the market, cultivating pipelines for both legal and legal-tech roles, and expanding high-quality candidate rosters to meet the evolving needs of tech companies and legal-tech clients. Responsibilities: The Manager, Talent Solutions (People & Development) is responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and vetting candidates. Team members in this role are also responsible for building candidate rosters, networking in the legal and legal-tech communities, and assisting the Client Solutions team in the fulfillment of orders.
