Weekly Work Hours: 40 Compensation Range: Staff Range N05 Salary Salary Minimum: $54,537.00 Annually FLSA: United States of America (Exempt) Position Type: Staff Position Summary The Intercultural Student Engagement Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of co-curricular engagement offerings, high-impact activities, and academic success initiatives to support the unique needs of the many student populations comprising Dallas College in alignment with our institutional culture of care. The Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the access, persistence, retention, and success of students from multiple identities by creating co-curricular experiences that help students feel welcomed, connected, valued, supported, and prepared for their next.
