Job description

The Work: ICF seeks a skilled Salesforce Automation Test Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of a mission-critical Salesforce-based solution for the US Department of Transportation. The Test Engineer will develop and execute test plans, validate system functionality, and ensure compliance with federal security standards. Job Location: Remote: Must support US Eastern time zone working hours. What You Will Do: Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts (automated and manual as needed) to validate Salesforce-based system functionality, workflows, and integrations. Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure the solution meets stakeholder requirements and federal compliance standards. Quickly learn and work with agency-provided automated testing systems to test application functionality, API integrations, and availability monitoring. Validate data migration from legacy systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
