For Ayvens Bank, we're looking into hiring a Head of Risk and Compliance. The Head of Risk and Compliance oversees the second line of defence of the entity, overseeing the management of all the risks to which entity is exposed or might be exposed, and in particular non-compliance risks as well as Non-Financial (and IT) risks. They report hierarchically to Ayvens Bank CRO. The Head of Risk and Compliance is managing a team of 4 FTE responsible for Risk, Compliance, and Privacy activities. - Objective of the role (Why) - Areas of responsibilities (What) In coordination with the team, the Manager’s responsibilities include: - Lead the implementation of the Group Risk & Compliance framework across all risk domains as defined by Ayvens Group. - Establish and maintain effective monitoring, controls, and surveillance to prevent and detect operational, compliance, privacy, and reputational risks. - Oversee risk and compliance assessments, ensuring timely identification, evaluation, and escalation of incidents. - Ensure proper tre...
