ROLE SUMMARY: The Medical Affairs AI Operations Lead is the execution engine for AI transformation and responsible for assessing and redesigning Medical Affairs workflows, building AI playbooks for AI-assisted work, driving enablement, and sustained adoption across HQ Medical Affairs and Field Medical. This role ensures AI capabilities translate into measurable productivity improvements and durable behavior change by embedding AI into existing habits, deploying role-based training, establishing feedback loops, and coordinating rollouts across regions and functions. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct systematic workflow assessments across HQ Medical Affairs and Field Medical to identify high-impact AI transformation opportunities. Document current-state processes (inputs, steps, outputs, templates) to create structured specifications for AI-enabled workflow design. Prioritize workflow opportunities using impact–effort analysis and operational readiness, in partnership with the Medical Affairs AI Lead.
