Job description

A Surgery Scheduler for the ENT and Plastic Surgery department coordinates all aspects of surgical scheduling to ensure a smooth, efficient experience for patients and providers. This role manages surgery bookings, communicates pre‑operative instructions, and collaborates closely with surgeons, clinical staff, and outside facilities. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate a fast‑paced environment are essential. The scheduler also supports patients through the pre‑ and post‑operative process, helping them understand timelines, requirements, and next steps to promote safe, well‑organized care.
