Your Role: Manages all preventative maintenance and mandatory update work in accordance with contractual obligations and due date assignments. Responds to incoming customer requests for planned activity scheduling and makes outgoing contact in order to ensure all end to end activities occur ahead of system-specific due date. Manages engagement milestones to ensure on time completion and identify actions required to keep them on track, including customer milestones such as proactive scheduling and required room availability for maintenance performance. Reacts to changing priorities and capable of engaging with customers and internal partners to reschedule planned work when required.
