This is a full-time position that will work primarily in the warehouse and Outlet at our Headquarters location in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Requirements for this role include the ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions, while two years of full-time employment in a related field, including one year in a training role, is preferred. The Salvage Trainer will be responsible for training the Outlet team members on salvage criteria and support the gauntlet sort to divert material from the landfill. This position will also assist with the study and implementation of new sustainability initiatives that impact the gauntlet sort.
