Application Deadline: 07/30/2026 Address: 4100 Gordon Baker Road Job Family Group: Technology The Configuration Manager is a senior subject matter expert who will be responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IT Configuration Management practice. The successful candidate is a highly experienced practitioner who will directly contribute to and execute data quality and lifecycle policies, partner with enterprise-wide stakeholders, and mitigate data risk with CMDB governance & control standards. The successful candidate has specialized experience with the ServiceNow platform and its data model and can effectively communicate a long-term vision for Configuration Management and CMDB.
