Join Our Team as a Commercial Contracts Lawyer at Axiom Location: Philadelphia, PA: We are seeking a versatile Commercial Contracts Lawyer to support our client, a major insurance company, across a broad range of commercial contracting and cross-functional legal matters. In this role, you will act as a flexible, generalist resource, providing practical legal support on vendor, SaaS, and general commercial agreements, while assisting with real estate and other business-facing needs. This position is designed to address a current team bandwidth gap, with a focus on managing overflow work, supporting project-based initiatives, and collaborating across multiple stakeholders and business units. This is an existing vacancy created following a recent team departure.
