Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Coordinate and oversee domestic and international shipments to ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery. - Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and mentoring for Logistics Specialists and Customs and Foreign Trade Specialists. - Serve as the primary escalation point for shipment delays, service failures, carrier issues, customs-related challenges, and customer concerns. - Assign work, prioritize tasks, and balance workloads to ensure operational coverage and service level expectations are met. - Audit and validate freight invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contracted rates and approved charges, and resolve discrepancies to support cost control. - Support compliance with applicable import and export regulations, including proper documentation, record retention, and adherence to internal procedures. - Analyze logistics and transportation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings and process improvement. - Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives, resolve issues, and improve logistics performance. - B...
