Operations & Sales Support Overview: Hyatt House Raleigh North Hills is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented team member to support multiple hotel departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in delivering excellent guest experiences while ensuring smooth back-of-house operations. The Operations & Sales Support Coordinator will assist with hotel operations, sales support, banquet services, accounting tasks, and guest-facing responsibilities as needed. Responsibilities: Sales & Events - Support the Sales team with client site visits, group contacts, and pre-event planning. - Prepare meeting rooms, banquet setups, banquet bars and food for banquet events. - Serve as a liaison between clients and operations to ensure successful events. - Assist with sales admin tasks as time permits.
