Facility Cape Fear Valley Medical Center Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina Department: Laboratory Job Family: Allied Health Work Shift: Days (United States of America) Summary: Under the direction of the manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day technical operations of the applicable laboratory section, in accordance with the established hospital and department policies and standards. Plays a lead role in the strategic planning process and the implementation of initiatives focused on enhanced performance, workflow redesign, and developing a culture that emphasizes excellence in the quality and delivery of laboratory services.
