Description Position: Summer Lift Operator: Department: Lift Operations: Hours: Variable: NOTICE TO APPLICANTS: - This is a seasonal position. The Summer 2026 season is tentatively scheduled to run from May 21, 2026 through September 27, 2026 . - Previous lift operations experience is preferred but not required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Essential functions and responsibilities may include, but are not necessarily limited to: - Uphold and promote Core values of Silver Mountain: Responsibility, Quality, Value, Golden Rule, and Relationships - Demonstrate best practices in workplace safety as outlined by the manager/supervisor, including compliance with all safety guidelines, procedures, and use of PPE. Identify and report all unsafe behaviors and/or conditions to the manager or supervisor. - Perform operational and emergency procedures pertinent to assigned lift - Advise and assist guests while promoting a positive guest experience - Safely assist guests in loading and unloading lifts - Maintain orderly guest traffic conditions within area of jurisdiction - Maintain surveillance of assigned station - Assist with the loading and unloading of bikes - Stop the lift and notify your lead shou...
