Facilities Manager – NSB Kings Bay We are seeking a highly capable Facilities Manager to lead and oversee facilities operations, maintenance, and service delivery in support of the KBOS contract at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay. This position is responsible for managing a diverse workforce of supervisors, leads, and union technicians across multiple facility-related disciplines. The KBOS contract operates 24/7/365, with standard hours Monday–Friday, 0700–1600. Summary / General Description of Job The Facilities Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all facilities management activities related to operations, sustainment, restoration, and modernization at NSB Kings Bay. This role ensures that facilities services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with contract requirements, Amentum policies, and customer expectations. The Facilities Manager serves as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues and acts as a key leader in maintaining operational readiness and customer satisfaction.
