DUTIES: - Works to help BPHC advance as an antiracist organization by meeting or exceeding the standards set by the BPHC Anti-Racism Policy. Leadership and Programming: - Creates a positive, supportive, and compassionate culture and environment for clients, staff, and client workers. Seeks ways to improve morale and build teamwork. - Develops program policies for increasing access to and continuity of care for acute mental health services and substance use disorder treatment, thus contributing to the implementation of integrated, evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment services for clients. - Establishes new partnerships and collaborations with community partners and across RSB programs to support client’s treatment, behavioral health, and clinical service pathways. - Leads trainings for staff and provides guidance to staff on trauma-informed approaches. - Establishes and fosters relationships with other service providers and clinicians and coordinates with partner providers around client clinical care outcomes.
