Overview DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Mid-Level Cloud Operations Technician to support the U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Integrated Booking System (IBS) program. This role supports day-to-day operations of cloud-based environments, ensuring system availability, performance, and reliability across development, test, and production systems.The Cloud Operations Technician works closely with DevSecOps engineers, system administrators, and development teams to support deployments, monitor system health, and troubleshoot issues.The IBS technology stack includes Angular (TypeScript) and Java (Spring Boot), and this role requires familiarity with supporting these applications in cloud and containerized environments.
