Hours: 40 hours weekly. Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm. Friday 830am-3pm Location: Tufts Medical Center Community Care - 830 Main Street, Melrose, MA Job Profile Summary: This role focuses on providing medical and clinical support services to patients. In addition, this role focuses performing the following duties: Prepares patient rooms, escorts patients to rooms, takes vitals and documents patient information; assists physicians with procedures and educates patients on specimen collection. Performs clerical or administrative duties in support of clinical operations. A clinical technologist role that has specialized knowledge or skills gained through a combination of vocational education, training, and experience. This role will be most commonly applied to patient care and/or scientific/laboratory jobs. A specialist level role requiring advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools through extensive work experience and requiring vocational or technical education.
