The Transaction Advisory Services Group is seeking a hands-on Manager or Senior Manager to lead the tax consulting practice of the group. This role is focused on the tax aspects of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, including tax due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-close tax planning. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge across federal, state and local, and transaction-related tax matters, and will be comfortable advising clients and internal stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.
