Job DetailsJob Location: At Home Care of Kentucky INC - Bowling Green, KY 42104The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing direct supervision of all patient services personnel and case managers. The Clinical Supervisor coordinates all care services and can perform case management functions if needed. The Clinical Supervisor is in compliance with all the accreditation, federal, and state regulations, and reimbursement guidelines as well as Agency policies and procedures. This position reports to the Director of Patient Care Services. Pay: $40/Hour + Mileage: The following duties are normal for this position. Other duties may be required and assigned. Directs nursing and home care as prescribed by the attending physician. Reviews all plans of treatments for accuracy, appropriateness, and completeness. Provides high quality leadership, guidance, and supervision to your team, ensuring they understand how to provide compassionate and respectful care and comprehensive case management services to help all patients.
