In this role, you will serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of the Guest Operations Manager of Guest Services and Museum, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming, engaging visitor experience for guests, vendors, and staff. Oversee daily operations in admissions, the gift shop, and concession areas, ensuring smooth, efficient service aligned with the Museum’s mission and values. Please note that this is a part-time position and hours will vary each week based on operations but no more than up to 29 hours a week on average with a maximum of 1500 hours in a 12-month period.
