Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in electrical devices, fabrication processes, test, design for manufacturing, quality, or reliability engineering. - Experience working with Original Device Manufacturers (ODMs), Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and suppliers to lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process improvements. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - 10 years of experience working at a company developing supply chains, manufacturing and test for new server and storage type products for the IT industry. - Experience in creating and executing a design validation test plan on an electronic assembly. - Experience in data analytics and quality data systems.
