CNC Machinist II

Job description

The CNC Machinist II is responsible for the set-up and operation of CNC and manual machines as well as the inspection of parts. Must have the demonstrated skills to follow written instructions and responsible for monitoring the equipment to its full capacity. Must have the demonstrated ability to perform work according to specifications and company quality standards. 8+ years of machining experience on CNC equipment and related degree or equivalent combination of both Good communication skills in English, including the ability to read, write and understand Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Ability to read and interpret a variety of technical instructions such as blueprints and work instructions - Proficient in the setup, use and maintenance of CNC Lathe and CNC Vertical Mill inclusive of 5, 4 and 3 axis milling machines.
