Maintenance Manager

Job description

General Purpose: Manage and lead the maintenance department to ensure reliable operation of plant equipment and facilities. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Oversee inventory, procurement, and maintenance systems to support efficient operations. Promote safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while directing personnel activities such as training, scheduling, and performance management.
