About the role We’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. This is a proactive, hunter-style role focused on generating new business and driving market growth across our corporate client base. Success in this role comes from strong phone-based and face-to-face consultative selling, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to truly understand a client’s learning and capability needs. You’ll be self-driven, motivated by results and someone who brings energy, structure, and big-picture thinking to everything they do.
