Based in Smithfield, this role reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the reliability team, supporting production of our busy plant. What You Will Do: - Raise Purchase request into the system and follow up with deliveries - Purchasing and Receival of parts for the workshop/Spare stores - Liaise with OEM suppliers for part ordering - Maintain stock levels/Inventory of spare parts to assist in making components for repairs. - Update and maintain stock take records. - Collect parts from suppliers for urgent breakdowns if required. - Update and maintain records in CMMS system. - Assist reliability team scheduling planned maintenance. - Use continuous improvement to ensure optimal safety, efficiency, and quality. - Uphold and adhere to company policies and procedures in Environmental, Health and Safety and HACCP. What You Will Bring to the Team: - Strong computer skills and experience with CMMS system. (MS Excel is a must) - Hold LF forklift ticket and Elevated Work Platform (EWP) ticket. - Previous maintenance experience in a fixed plant and/or manufacturing environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Great work ethic with the ability to work a...
