Description We are a privately held multi-family real estate development and property management company with over 10,000 units under management and development across multiple states. We specialize in acquisition, development, construction, leasing and long-term asset management. We are seeking a controller to lead our accounting operations and support executive leadership with accurate and timely financial insights. The controller will oversee all accounting functions for a multi-entity real estate portfolio, including financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and oversight of accounts payable and accounts receivable. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented leader who is passionate about real estate and property management. This role will report directly to executive leadership and manage a small accounting team.
