The Clinical Recruiter is a part of WelbeHealth’s People Department and an integral member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans, utilizing strategies that attract experienced and talented professionals. The Recruiter will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing a best-in-class experience for both stakeholders and candidates. This role is responsible for delivering outcomes for recruitment needs, meeting business objectives and stakeholder expectations; managing and coordinating the full life cycle recruitment from start to finish, ensuring that the company attracts and hires the right candidates for current needs and pipelining talent for the future.
