Vice President of Accounting Location: Louisville, KY (In-Office): Job Type: Full-Time FLSA Status: Exempt Reports To: Chief Financial Officer Salary Range: starting at $160k: Job Summary: Volare Health is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Accounting to lead all accounting operations across our multi-facility skilled nursing and healthcare organization. This executive-level role ensures accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, strong internal controls, and alignment with organizational financial strategy. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare accounting expertise, strong Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement knowledge, and experience leading accounting functions across multiple entities.
