Job Title Procurement and Supply Chain Coordinator Job Description Summary In this role, you will support the Procurement & Supply Chain Manager in delivering procurement activities across the WoAG contract. You’ll assist with tender documentation, supplier engagement, contract administration, reporting, and maintaining procurement governance and records. Key Responsibilities: Support the preparation and coordination of tender documentation, expressions of interest, contract drafting, and supplier communications. Issue notices of award, variations, novations, deeds, and termination letters. Assist with transition‑in and transition‑out activities for procured services. Maintain accurate procurement records, including pipelines, RFx documentation, submissions, evaluations, and contract databases.
