Vice President, Multinational Regional Manager

Job description

The Multinational Regional Manager based in Boston will lead a team of Multinational team members who collectively underwrite a full suite of Multinational products to a universe of Major Accounts and Commercial Insurance clients. Key objectives for the role include: - Achieve financial goals related to renewal retention, rate, and new business production. - Oversee of renewal book including service and stewardship deliverables at the account level. - Grow book of business through new business production and coverage expansion to current book. - Ensure regional underwriting integrity and profitability. - Manage regional authority inclusive of underwriting referrals from underwriters as well as referrals up through Home Office. - Supervise, develop, and train employees. - Manage agent and producer relationships. - Coordinate cross-sell opportunities. Other job responsibilities and functions include, but not limited to: The pay range for the role is $160,000-215,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
