Job Description We are currently seeking an Assistant Electrical Discipline Manager for our Healthcare Electrical Team in our Raleigh, NC office! In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of electrical projects as outlined in proposals, while effectively managing and mentoring your staff to achieve outstanding results. You will work closely with Project and Client Managers to provide essential engineering resources and assemble a high-performing design team that meets client expectations and budgetary goals. Your expertise will also extend to direct MEP sales and supporting multidisciplinary project efforts. Familiarity with NFPA 99, NEC 517, and FGI will be advantageous.
