A Day in the Life: In this exciting role as a Equipment Maintenance Technician supporting Connectors Manufacturing, you will have responsibility for supporting manufacturing of high-quality components used in implantable medical devices. The Brooklyn Center facility supports the design, development, and production of components used in implantable devices for a variety of Medtronic businesses. This role will support multiple pieces of semi-automated and automated equipment, including but not limited to, Resistance Welders, Vision inspection, press fit assembly equipment, electrical/HiPot testing, sonic welding, adhesive dispensing, robotics/HMIs/PLCs and more. The core responsibilities of this role is maintaining equipment uptime, drive targeted KPIs, completing preventive maintenance and support other continuous improvement initiatives.
