Accountabilities: In this role, responsibility spans the full lifecycle of workforce data and core HR administration. Day to day, this includes managing employee personal data, ensuring changes are validated with the right approvals and supported by correct documentation. Workday job change processes will be handled end-to-end, covering promotions, demotions, lateral moves and fixed-term contract extensions, with all associated documentation completed on time and to a high standard.
