Complex Care Disability Support Worker At Therapy Care we are a people first business. Our vision is to create a connected community where participants, carers, and families feel welcome and valued. We empower individuals living with disabilities to realize their dreams—no matter how big or small. We are currently seeking three female staff members to provide immediate complex care support for a specific participant. This role involves delivering specialized support for high medical and physical needs, ensuring dignity and independence are maintained through expert clinical guidance. If you have experience in Palliative Care or Challenging Behaviors, we want to hear from you too. We provide a variety of support services and can offer other shifts during the day and evening to fill out your schedule. Hours: Both 7:00am–9:00am and 3:30pm–6:30pm: Schedule : Monday to Friday, Weekends highly desirable Location: Werrington and Hills district.
