Part-Time Post-production Project Coordinator

Job description

The Production Budgeting and Management Department at NFL Films is seeking a Part Time Post-Production Project Coordinator. The Coordinator will assist Project Managers, specifically with league marketing campaign work. This includes being an available resource to help with day-to-day operations of the department as it relates to NFL Marketing projects. The Project Coordinator will assist with actualizing and handle other administrative functions as needed. Responsibilities: - Support the Project Managers specifically with League Marketing Campaign and communicate to all relevant departments in regards-to budgeting, actualizing and post-production. - Review, Code, Authorize and submit to accounting all Invoices, Timecards and Expenses applicable to the assigned projects. - Manage assigned projects through to final billing - Keep detailed records of assigned projects - Assist Project Managers with staying current with actualizing - Process paperwork and assist in the creation of a digital wrap binder - Manage and track incoming client requests to ensure timely routing and follow-through. - Coordinate creative and technical requests across internal teams (e.g., Scheduling, Engineerin...
