Overview: Leads and manages assigned staff within the Greater NY City/Tri-state area of Wealth Management. Represents Wilmington Trust in working in collaboration with the Commercial, Business and Private Banking teams to expand brand recognition and business opportunities in a specific market for wealthy clients. Primary Responsibilities: Direct and participate in the development and management of wealth client relationships with individuals, business owners and families. Work closely with families and their advisors to ensure the relationship is handled efficiently and effectively in the delivery of services to these relationships. Refer client requests for additional products to the appropriate sales specialist within the organization. Provide sales leadership and manages the sales process for assigned team. Establish team goals and track their performance. Represent the Bank in civic and community activities. Exercise usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, performance management and terminations.
