The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience preparing breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks using cyclical menus that support the growth and development of 100-120 enrolled preschool aged children. The Lead Cook enjoys the convenience of a semi commercial kitchen environment, yet the feeling of home with "family style" meals served in the classrooms.
