Supervisor - Vacation Relief Bottle Production Position Summary To serve our internal customers by being trained to perform the job duties of all supervisory positions within the Operations team and to provide seamless coverage during absences. This role supports a culture of operational excellence through the application of Lean Six Sigma principles, 5S/6S standards, visual management, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity across all departments. Essential Functions: Education 2 Year / Associate Degree or equivalent work experience in Logistics, Operations Management, Business or related field required. - Manages, trains and develops employees to ensure that they are performing job duties in accordance with established standards. - Ensures that company policies, standards and procedures are met, followed and maintained in accordance with established company policy (e.g. OSHA and safety compliance, Federal/State/Local Laws). - Cross train in all areas of Production, Warehouse, Production Maintenance and Quality Control Supervision to provide coverage for supervisors when they are absent from work. - Reviews all departmenta...
