Description Job Responsibilities: - Use a radial arm saw to cut lumber to exact specifications - Read a tape measure accurately (down to the 1/16" – no guessing) - Read and follow a job packet with detailed build instructions - Operate pneumatic staple guns and nail guns safely - Install face retainers on frames when required - Use an overhead crane and forklift safely to move large frames - Climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, and stand for 8–12 hours per day on concrete - Load Trucks as necessary Requirements: Education and Experience: - High School Diploma - Prior Experience a plus Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position with some overtime varying. - Read tape measure and perform simple math ie: %, angles, radius, sq. ft., etc. - Basic Hand Tool knowledge - Comfortable with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials - Proven ability to follow instructions and stay organized - Safety-first mindset – especially with tools, heavy materials, and equipment - Dependable and able to work full shifts on your feet - Team player who communicates well and works hard - First shift core hours are: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm M...
