FCI Residential is a part of Florida Crystals Corporation’s real estate division, which focuses on multi-family residential development in urban and in-fill areas. The real estate division currently has approximately 5,500 units in the development process throughout Florida. OVERVIEW: Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager the Maintenance Technician is responsible for general maintenance repairs in the community. Specific duties include general maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, grounds, and appliance repairs. Will assist with the make ready process and service requests. DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Prompt and courteous handling of all resident service requests - Prepare vacant apartments for new residents according to schedule - Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with planning and conducting preventative maintenance programs - Responsible for keeping neat, orderly and safe workshop and storage areas and maintaining an adequate inventory of parts and supplies - Perform general carpentry repairs - Maintain excellent curb appeal by maintaining amenities, hallways, walkways, and all common areas on a daily basis - Repair and maintain cent...
