Hope Haven is an accredited resource for disability services and advocacy. We offer service programs and support to meet a broad range of needs for children, adults, and families – from physical, mental, and intellectual to residential, vocational, and spiritual. Because of the growing needs of our organization, Hope Haven is looking for a full time Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float to serve several of our Hope Haven locations as needed. This person will schedule their own hours based upon the open shifts within their designated areas. These work shifts will include a minimum 40 hours per week which includes every other weekend. Our “floating” DSPs provide support to our clients based on their individual goals, which always include making sure their physical, mental, emotional, and social needs are met.
