Your Mission: Ensure the execution of the area’s sales plan, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, loyalty, retention, and satisfaction, in accordance with established sales policies, standards, and procedures, while developing and supervising the sales team, account managers, and sub-distributors under your responsibility. Effectively manage the company’s resources to deliver results for the Novadis portfolio and maximize sell-out of SCC products.
